STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

​ ​RESERVATIONS

• • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • For standard tours: Use our online booking system
  • For custom tours: Email us with your ideas
  • You'll receive written confirmation with all details and my contact information

​ ​GROUP SIZE

• • Standard maximum: 8 people per tour
  • Larger groups: Email us to discuss. We can arrange it on a case-by-case basis


​TRANSPORT

• • If transport is part of the tour itinerary, I provide it
  • If you're arranging your own transport to meet locations, that's on you
  • Transport costs are only included in the tour price if we've agreed beforehand


​PAYMENT

• • Online payment (through our booking system) or bank transfer
  • Payment is due upfront at the time of booking
  • We're a cashless company—no cash, checks, or card payments on the day


​CANCELLATION POLICY

• • Cancel 48 hours or more before the tour: 50% refund
  • Cancel within 24 hours of the tour: Full cost applies
  • Report cancellations by email


​IF YOU'RE LATE

• • I'll wait up to 1 hour at our meeting point
  • The tour still ends at the scheduled time (we can't extend it)
  • This may affect what we're able to see


MEALS & DINING EXPERIENCES

I'll recommend carefully selected spots tailored to your preferences, with backup options always in mind. This means you have choice—and flexibility. Need to change restaurants due to dietary needs or just a preference change? I know the area well enough to pivot.

You cover meal and drink costs (unless included in a custom tour agreement). The benefit? You eat where you want, what you want, without being locked into one option.

LIABILITY

• • I'm not responsible for accidents, damage, or injuries during tours
  • Travel insurance is recommended




DISPUTES

• Only Belgian law applies; in the event of a dispute, only the Brussels courts are competent.
